The entire ground floor ( 20,000 sq. ft.) of the remodeled building is available for lease. The proposed ground floor plan shows the space divided into eleven different retail, office, or restaurant suites. However, there is a great deal of flexibility with the available suite numbers, sizes and dimensions. West Inc.  opened the new location in March 2012 when their new offices were completed. West, Inc. recently celebrated their 20th anniversary and has over 80 employees located in eight offices around the United States. West, Inc. provides design, conduct, and analysis of ecological field studies for both government and private businesses nationwide.
